Maset is a long-standing family winery that focuses on direct sales and personalized service. Our model is based on a relationship of trust with the client, featuring expert advice and our own delivery service.

Yes. All our clients have a dedicated wine advisor who accompanies them, recommends wines, and helps them discover new releases.

Yes. Maset has an extensive network of branches spread across the country, allowing us to be very close to every client.

This proximity translates into a more personal and direct service, with a wine advisor from your area who knows your tastes and can offer close follow-up. Furthermore, it allows us to offer a more flexible delivery service adapted to your needs.

We own estates in three of the most prestigious wine-growing regions on the peninsula: Penedès, DOQ Priorat, and DOCa Rioja. Each terroir provides unique geological and climatic conditions that define the personality of our wines.

Buying at Maset

You can easily buy through our online store, by phone, or by contacting us directly so a wine advisor can help you place your order. At Maset, we believe in direct sales and a close relationship, ensuring every client has a personalized experience.

Yes. This is one of our key differences. Our wine advisors are constantly trained in viticulture and pairing, reaching a level equivalent to the prestigious WSET 2 title. They will guide you based on your tastes, occasions, or budget, helping you discover new wines that suit you.

You can request your invoice by contacting our customer service or download it directly from your personal area on our website maset.com.

These headquarters coordinate the service and logistics in your area. Although they do not have a shop with direct public service, you can pick up your order there if coordinated in advance with your advisor.

Yes, you can visit our branches with shops open to the public directly. Our team will help you choose wines and advise you based on what you are looking for.

Yes, our team will be happy to explain the characteristics of each wine. Additionally, you can consult our exclusive classification system (from 1 to 5 for alcohol, body, tannins, sweetness, and acidity) printed on the product sheets at the center to help with your choice.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and deliveries

Shipping is free for orders of €70 or more. For lower amounts, the cost is €8.

Standard delivery times are between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Yes. In many cases, a wine advisor will contact you to specify the delivery time that suits you best.

Maset has its own delivery service throughout the territory, with 24 distribution centers and a private fleet of over 150 temperature-controlled vehicles, allowing us to offer a more personal and flexible experience. To optimize times in certain situations, we also work with trusted transport agencies, always ensuring the highest level of quality in delivery.

If any incident occurs during transport, we will replace the affected products as soon as possible.

You can check the status of your order by contacting your wine advisor directly or by visiting your private area on the maset.com website. Additionally, you will receive notifications via email or SMS when the order leaves our distribution centers for your home.

We will always do our best to modify your order, but please note that it will not be possible if the goods have already left the winery or are in the process of delivery. If you need an urgent change, contact us as soon as possible.

No. To ensure the efficiency of our own fleet, each order must be sent to a single address. If you wish to send gifts to different destinations, a separate order must be placed for each address.

We use reinforced cardboard boxes, specifically designed for wine and cava bottles. Our internal delivery system also minimizes rough handling, guaranteeing the product arrives in perfect condition.

Yes, at Maset we ship our wines and cavas to most countries in the European Union. However, the export service has specific conditions:

Available destinations: We regularly ship to countries such as France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, and the Netherlands. For destinations outside the EU (such as the UK, Switzerland, or the USA), we recommend inquiring beforehand due to complex customs regulations and special taxes.
Transport management: Unlike national deliveries, international shipments are managed exclusively through transport agencies specializing in fragile products to ensure bottles arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping costs: International transport rates vary based on the destination country and order weight (number of cases). The free shipping system for volume applied nationally may not be available for international orders.
Delivery times: Estimated delivery time for Europe is usually between 10 and 15 business days, depending on distance and the logistics of the destination country.

Currently, international orders cannot be completed automatically through the website. We recommend contacting your wine advisor or emailing info@maset.com indicating the products you want and the full delivery address. We will provide a personalized quote including transport and relevant taxes.

Order Pickup

Yes. You can pick up your order at our shops in Andorra, Barcelona, Girona, La Granada (Penedès), and Santander, or at any of our 30 branches across the country. This option allows you to have your products without waiting for home delivery. We recommend contacting your wine advisor beforehand to confirm the order is ready and to verify the pickup hours of the chosen center.

Call before coming: We recommend contacting your wine advisor beforehand or calling 900 200 250 to confirm your order is prepared and at the chosen pickup point.
Identification: For security reasons, the person picking up the order must bring an official photo ID (ID card, passport, or driver’s license) and must be of legal age.

Yes, no problem. For security, we ask you to follow these steps:

Notify us in advance: Email info@maset.com or contact your advisor indicating the full name of the person coming in your place.
Identification: The person picking up the order must show an official photo ID and preferably a copy of the order confirmation.
Legal age: Remember that, as these are alcoholic beverages, the person picking up the order must be of legal age.

Parking availability depends on each center’s location:

La Granada Shop (Alt Penedès): We have a large free parking lot for all our clients, located right at the entrance of the complex. It is the best option for loading your order comfortably.
Other shops and branches: In other locations, parking depends on the area (urban zones or industrial estates). While we do not have private parking in these offices, it is usually possible to stop briefly nearby to load the order.

We recommend checking with your wine advisor regarding access facilities or the closest parking options to the branch where you wish to pick up your order.

Changes and returns

Yes. If you are not satisfied, you can request a product exchange or a refund.

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Get in touch with us and we will handle the incident in a fast and personalized manner.

At Maset, we are committed to the highest quality. If a bottle is not in optimal condition or tastes of cork, contact your advisor. We will offer a replacement bottle at no cost or a credit if the product is no longer available.

Of course. At Maset, we want everyone to enjoy a wine they truly like. If the recipient prefers another product, they can request an exchange.

If the exchange is made in a physical shop: The recipient must bring the purchase ticket or original receipt, and the item must be in perfect condition, with the bottle unopened and the seal intact.

If the purchase was made by phone or web: The easiest way is for the recipient to contact their usual wine advisor or call us directly. We will handle the pickup and the new shipment.

Please note that, for security and privacy reasons, if the purchase was linked to your client account, we will need your authorization (as the buyer) to process any refund. Instead of cash refunds, we offer the possibility to choose an alternative product of the same value or a discount voucher for future purchases.

If the product has any defect (such as being corked), the recipient just needs to contact us. The product is fully covered by our Maset Guarantee, and we will proceed with its replacement at no additional cost.

We produce wines in our wineries in Penedès, Priorat, and Rioja, and we collaborate with viticulturists in other areas to offer a wide and diverse range. We work with wines from different denominations and regions such as DO Penedès, DOQ Priorat, DO Cava, DOCa Rioja, DO Ribera del Duero, DO Catalunya, DO Rías Baixas, DO Monterrei, DO Montilla-Moriles, DO Vinho Verde, Bierzo, Terra Alta, Navarra, Jumilla, and other prominent wine-growing areas. This model allows us to offer you one of the widest ranges of wines and products provided by a single winery.

You can browse the online store or get advice from our telephone team. We adapt to your tastes and help you find the ideal wine for every moment. You can also use our classification system. We have rated all our wines from 1 to 5 on five key characteristics: Alcohol, Body, Tannins, Sweetness, and Acidity. Additionally, we classify them into 4 practical categories: Light, Fruity, Mature, and Intense. You can get more information about our classification method here.

Yes, at Maset we are firmly committed to viticulture that respects the environment. We have a growing range of organic wines and cavas, certified by the CCPAE, ensuring no pesticides or synthetic chemical fertilizers have been used in their production.

Furthermore, we are working on biodynamic viticulture at some of our estates. This method goes a step further than organic, seeking the balance of the vineyard ecosystem through the use of natural preparations and following astronomical cycles to obtain wines with a purer and more authentic expression of the terroir.

All our organic products carry the official seal (the “green leaf”) on the label and the website sheet. Biodynamic wines carry the Demeter seal. You can also ask your wine advisor to recommend our selection of biodynamic and organic references.

Yes. We only use plant-based fining agents, such as pea or potato protein, resulting in wines suitable for vegans. Furthermore, since 2018 we have worked with half the permitted sulfites to offer healthier and more natural wines.

Yes, Maset complies with all EU food safety regulations and we have internal quality control protocols from the vineyard to the bottle to ensure maximum traceability.

In addition to our wines and cavas, at Maset we have a selection of high-quality gourmet products chosen to pair with our products. Our range includes:

Prestigious Oils and Vinegars: Like our PDO Siurana Extra Virgin Olive Oil or the 2016 Pedro Ximénez Reserve Vinegar (PDO Montilla-Moriles). We also have younger options like Preludi.
Quality Charcuterie: Selection of Iberian ham and shoulder pieces, as well as traditional cured meats like our XL Extra-Thick Longanissa.
Preserves and Appetizers: We have a selection of Gourmet Preserves with DO Navarra (asparagus, peppers, etc.) for your best appetizers.
Traditional Sweets: Like the classic and renowned Catànies, the ideal accompaniment for our cavas.

Conservation and Service

We recommend storing bottles in a cool, dry place protected from direct light. Wines are best kept in a horizontal position, while cavas should be kept vertical.

Young whites: between 6 and 8 °C.
Aged whites: between 8 and 10 °C.
Rosé wines: between 8 and 10 °C.
Young reds: between 12 and 14 °C.
Aged reds (Crianza): between 14 and 16 °C.
Reserve reds: between 16 and 18 °C.
Cavas (Guarda): between 6 and 8 °C.
Cavas (Guarda Superior Reserva): between 6 and 8 °C.
Cavas (Guarda Superior Gran Reserva): between 8 and 10 °C.
Beers: between 6 and 8 °C
Sweet wines:
Vermouth: between 8 and 10 °C.

Yes. You can come to our headquarters in La Granada (Alt Penedès), where you can taste our references and receive expert advice in an unbeatable setting. We can also coordinate tastings through our branches spread across the territory. Please contact us to book your appointment.

No, we do not offer this service.

At Maset, we offer you the possibility of personalizing the label of your wine to turn it into a unique and exclusive detail.

How does it work? From 12 cases onwards, you can personalize the bottles with a name, a date, a special message, or the design of your choice.
For what occasions? It is an ideal option for weddings, baptisms, birthdays, or corporate events.
Exclusivity: You will create a completely unique bottle that your guests can keep as a memory of the celebration.

Payments and vouchers

At Maset, we offer great flexibility so you can pay for your orders in the way most convenient for you:

Credit or Debit Card (Visa / Mastercard): You can provide your card details securely to your wine advisor. Payment can be made at the time of the order or once the goods have been delivered. If you are already a client, we will verify that the card is valid to speed up the process.
Paygold: This is a fast and secure method via a link you will receive on your phone or email. It can be done before or after delivery. If the link expires, your advisor can send you a new one.
Bank Receipt (Direct Debit): If you are used to this system or are a company, we can charge the amount directly to your current account (IBAN). You must provide the bank details in advance to enter them into the system.
Bank Transfer: Option available for companies or regular clients who already use this method. Payment is usually made once the product is received.

In the event that a credit or refund for a card charge must be made, our administration team will manage the reversal of the amount to the same card number used for the purchase.

Even if the order is marked as “cash on delivery,” if at the time of delivery you prefer to use a card or Paygold, you can suggest it to our delivery driver and, in most cases, we can accept the change without problems to facilitate receipt.

Yes. In our physical shops in Andorra, Barcelona, Girona, La Granada, and Santander, cash payments are subject to the legal limits in force in Spain for commercial transactions (currently limited to €1,000 for residents). For higher amounts, payment must be made by bank card or transfer (the latter only for regular clients).

Yes, we have gift vouchers that can be used to buy any product in our catalog (wines, cavas, beers, gourmet products) or to book wine tourism experiences at our visitor center.

Where are they used? They can be redeemed on the web, in our shops, or by phone.
Expiration: Our gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Conditions: If the purchase amount is less than the value of the voucher, the difference will remain as a balance in your client account for future purchases. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay invoices for orders already made.

Yes, we often offer codes or promotional vouchers (like those from the Premium Client program). Please note that, as a general rule, promotional vouchers cannot be combined with other special offers or the Outlet, and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers exclusively.

Yes. We offer wine tourism experiences at our wineries in Penedès (from May) and Priorat, where you can see the vineyards up close, learn about the production process, and taste our wines.

Very soon you will be able to check available activities and book directly on our website under the “wine tourism” section.

If you cannot attend a visit or tasting, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations with less notice, consult the specific booking conditions in the wine tourism section of the website.

Beyond guided visits, at Maset we offer an immersive experience at our new visitor center and periodically send the Maset Magazine with educational content. You can also ask for advice from our advisors, trained to offer expert knowledge, or check our blog.

Yes, Maset participates in numerous local fairs. At these events, we often offer a complimentary glass to invite you to discover our wines and cavas calmly before deciding on your purchase.

Advantages and promotions

Being a Maset client means being part of a winery that cares about long-term relationships. Our clients enjoy exclusive promotions, personalized advice from a wine advisor, and special advantages throughout the year.

Among these advantages, you will find key campaigns like the 3×2 on wines and cavas during February and March; annual promotions like the Maset Bonus, with gifts based on purchase amount; the winery outlet in August, with the opportunity to enjoy the last bottles of a selection of wines at the best price; and the free delivery of our magazine, with content, recommendations, and winery news.

The Premium Client is our loyalty program. It recognizes the trust of regular clients with exclusive advantages, such as discount vouchers for future purchases and preferred access to certain promotions.

The Maset Bonus is a promotion linked to the order amount that allows you to obtain gifts according to purchase tiers. It is a way to thank our clients for their trust and ensure every order has added value.

During February and March, Maset offers a 3×2 promotion on a wide selection of wines and cavas. It is one of the most anticipated campaigns of the year and an ideal opportunity to discover new products or stock up.

The Maset Ambassador is a program that allows you to recommend Maset to friends and family. When they become clients, you can receive a gift as a token of appreciation.

The Maset Magazine is our magazine, which we send for free to clients twice a year, in June and November. You will find information about new products, viticultural content, articles, stories, and recommendations to enjoy wine according to the season.

The outlet usually takes place during August. It is a unique opportunity to enjoy the last bottles of a selection of wines and cavas with very special discounts. It is our campaign to clear stock and make room for new vintages.

Account and privacy

Managing your account

If you have difficulty logging in, first try to reset your password using the “Forgotten password” link. If the problem persists, contact your wine advisor or email info@maset.com and we will help you regain access.

Once you have logged in to maset.com, in the “My account” section, you can modify your password, email address, billing and delivery addresses, as well as your payment methods.

Within your account, go to the “My orders” section. There you can check your purchase history and the status of each one. To get an invoice, just click on the corresponding order number and the download will start automatically.

Yes. If you have more than one account by mistake and want to unify your history and benefits into one, get in touch with us or your advisor and we will perform the merge manually.

You will find an unsubscribe link at the end of every email communication we send you. You can also modify your communication preferences from the control panel of your web account.

If you want to close your client account, please contact our customer service at info@maset.com or through your advisor. We will manage your request in accordance with data protection regulations.

If you have a positive balance or want to manage your credits for returns, get in touch with us. Our team will take care of processing the transfer or corresponding credit to your bank account or original payment method.

Social Commitment and CSR

Our community is a fundamental part of who we are. Therefore, we are always open to considering donation requests for charitable causes and social projects that align with our values. If you have a request, get in touch with us providing all the details; our committee will study it carefully and respond to you directly.

The Pau Massana Grant is the most emblematic solidarity initiative of Cellers Maset. It is born from the love and commitment of the Massana-Torreño family in memory of their son Pau, who suffered from a rare pulmonary disease.

The objective: To raise funds for the research of low or very low prevalence diseases (rare diseases).
How is it financed? Through the sale of a special edition of 2,500 bottles of solidarity cava. Thanks to the involvement of our clients, these bottles usually sell out in a few days, with the entire profit going to research.
Real impact: In the last five years, Maset has contributed over €150,000 to medical and social research projects, collaborating with entities like Vall d’Hebron, FECMA, or Fundació Surt.

The grant is allocated annually to a project selected by the winery in collaboration with medical research institutes. If you are part of a research institution or an association linked to rare diseases, you can send us your information at info@maset.com so our sponsorship team can consider it for future editions.

At Maset we take your privacy very seriously. All data you provide us is treated confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We use advanced security systems to ensure your personal information and order history are protected against unauthorized access.

You have the right to access, rectify, limit, or delete your data at any time. You can do this in three ways:

Client area: By logging in to maset.com and modifying your profile.

Wine advisor: By contacting your reference advisor directly, who will help you with the management.

You will only receive our newsletter or commercial communications (like the catalog or offers via WhatsApp) if you have given us your explicit consent. At any time you can revoke this permission through the “unsubscribe” links in each email or by informing our customer service.

Yes. Maset does not store the full numbers of your credit cards. We use secure payment platforms and encrypted bank gateways (SSL) that guarantee the transaction takes place in a fully protected environment.
