Among old white tempranillo vineyards, to the southwest of Medrano, runs the sendero de las Nieves pathway, an ancient road constructed at the end of the XVI century to supply mountain ice to surrounding towns. Along the way, ancient ice wells that allowed for storing and keeping ice year-round can still be seen. In remembrance, we created this excellent complex and fruity white wine; our humble homage to its memory and legacy.
